Michael "Mike" Eugene Moles

Michael Eugene Moles, 72, of New Castle, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022 at his residence. He was born April 23, 1949 in Henry County, Indiana, a son of the late Robert H. and Dorothy E. (Maines) Moles.

Mike was a 1967 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High and attended Mt. Vernon Bible College. He was a member of Foursquare Gospel Church for over 70 years and was active in the choir. Mike was a member of Corn Field Cloggers and very much enjoyed square dancing and two step line dancing. He enjoyed the flea market business including selling Rada Kitchen Cutlery, Watkins Products & Rawleigh Products. Mike was a certified floral designer, certified Activity Director for many nursing homes and a member of the 1967 class reunion committee.

Survivors include siblings, John (Vickie) Moles of New Castle and Becky Bales of Richmond; several nieces, nephews & cousins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Kirby bales and maternal grandparents, Raymond & Margaret Maines.

Services will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Services in New Castle with Pastor Jim Becker officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery.
