Anthony Ray Wallen

Anthony (Tony) Ray Wallen, 59, of Mooreland passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 9th, 2024. He was born February 4th, 1965, in Henry County, Indiana to Willie and the late Patricia Wallen.

Tony attained his GED in New Castle in 1992. He loved building and working with his hands. Tony was very good at singing and enjoyed music. He spent much time outside; Tony enjoyed the sunshine and the outdoors. He absolutely adored his family. One of his favorite things to do was mow the lawn, whether it was at work or at home. He was an animal lover and loved his dogs. Tony was a jack of all trades; he was able to successfully work on vehicles and get them to run again. He has loved camping his whole life, Tony spent much time camping with the kids as they were growing up.

Tony is survived by the love of his life Gloria Campa-Campbell, 2 sons Stephen Wallen and Matthew Wallen; one daughter Sarah Wallen and step son Ryan Cesnik, father Willie Wallen; one sister Shawn Wallen, one brother Nathan Wallen, two step brothers Kenny Robinson and Michael Robinson; special friend Tina Wallen (mother of their children Stephen and Sarah Wallen); seven Grandchildren, Ariana, Braelynn, Serenitie, Elissa, Kyliegh, Juan Jr., And Ryan Jr. Special friends Ron and Denise Ebacher.

Tony is preceded in death by his mother Patricia Wallen, stepmother Christine Wallen, brother Brian Jay Wallen and granddaughter Isabella.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 14th, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Hinsey Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Willie Wallen officiating. Burial will follow at Mooreland cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey Brown Funeral Service New Castle Chapel.
