Carolyn Sue Blake, 68, of Richmond passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Heritage House. She was born September 28, 1954 in New Castle a daughter of Walter and Thelma (Kidd) Blake.
Carolyn attended Lewisville and Tri High School. Most of her life she has resided in Richmond and worked at several factories there.
She is survived by siblings, Robert Blake, Mary Ann Orr, Robin Blake and Susie (Mike) Downey; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Wallace Blake, Gene Blake, Carl Blake, Ottis Blake, Freddie Blake, Ronnie Blake, John Blake, Janie Blake and Anna Higgins; and companion of 40 years, Dick Bowery.
There will be no public services. Burial will be in Lewisville Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel. Condolences and memories of Carolyn may be shared at www.hinsey-brown.com .
