Melissa J. Southgate, 41, of Middletown passed away July 2, 2020. She was born November 26, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada to David Wayne Moore and Marilyn Kay (Louderback) Hawkins.
She was a graduate of Warren Central High School. Melissa will be deeply missed for her bubbly personality, sparkly outward appearance and by her beloved pet, Mia.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Wayne Southgate and Bryce Edward Southgate; mother, Marilyn Hawkins; brother, David Dustin Moore; aunts, Connie Arnett-Martin, Barbara Daunte, Brenda Tate, Helen Massiee and Shirley Louderback; niece, Mariah Moore and a nephew, Milo Moore.
She is preceded in death by her father, sister, Christina Nicole Moore-Pike; grandparents, Thomas and Bonnie Louderback; uncles, Thomas Louderback, Jr., Ronald Tate, Jerry Massie and Delmar Louderback.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Fall Creek Park in Pendleton. Please bring a dish to share. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service. You may express condolences or share a memory of Melissa at www.hinsey-brown.com .
