Michael L. Doyle, 72, of Springport, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born July 7, 1944 in Anderson, the son of Leon and Isabell (Illyes) Doyle.
He was a 1962 graduate of Madison Heights High School in Anderson. Michael retired from, Chrysler Corporation following 32 years of service. He loved to fish and hunt, collect guns and enjoyed golfing and sports.
He is survived by his wife, Caroline Doyle of Springport; three children, Danelle Maxwell of Springport, Michelle Best (Bryan Giddings) of Greenfield, Chad (Jenny) Doyle of New Castle; grandchildren, Natasha (Wendy) Maxwell-Roth, Justin (Amanda) Maxwell, Levi Doyle, Hannah Best, Haley Best, Ashley Buckley; one great granddaughter, Luna Doyle; parents, Leon and Isabell Doyle of Anderson; siblings, Gary (Nancy) Doyle, Jeffrey Doyle; son-in-law, Brent Maxwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Friday, December 9, 2016 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. All are invited to attend a graveside service at 12:00 PM Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery, 6805 Pendleton Avenue in Anderson.
