Patricia "Pat" Jean (Swann) Bennett

Patricia “Pat” Jean (Swann) Bennett, 74, a resident of Muncie passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at IU Health-Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born May 17, 1946 in New Castle to the late James W. and Florence (Smith) Swann.
Pat was a 1964 graduate of Walter P. Chrysler High School in New Castle. She retired from Dana Corp. in Indianapolis after over 35 years of service. Pat loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed traveling to the Tennessee Mountains. An avid reader, she was also into family genealogy.
Survivors include two daughters: Ashley Madden of Tempe, Arizona and Amber Baker of Mooreland; three grandchildren: Jessica Baker, Drake Madden and Abram Baker; a brother: Steve (Kay) Swann of Cary, North Carolina; three nieces: Kate, Kari and Kristen; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents: Casher and Ollie Mabel Smith.
