Patricia "Pat" Workman

Patricia “Pat” Workman, 87, of New Castle passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Henry Community Health. She was born on December 5, 1936 in Louise, West Virginia to the late Charles Tamburin and Catherine (Matusavage) Miller.

Pat graduated from high school as Valedictorian. She was a bus driver for New Hope for several years. Pat also worked at the school cafeteria for Madison Schools. She enjoyed making crafts and going to craft shows. Pat was an amazing cook and like spending time talking on the phone to her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family and going to her grandchildren’s sporting events. Pat collected dolls and antiques. She always enjoyed gardening and flowers. Pat loved playing Bingo, shopping at Goodwill and going to rummage sales. Family was most important to Pat and she loved the time she got to spend with them all.

Survivors include children, Raymond (Debbi) Tormaschy, Lori (Bill) Lyons, Tammy (Laura) Tormaschy, Marci (Jon) Pierce; grandchildren, Gregory Tormaschy, Robert Tormaschy, Kristopher Tormaschy, John Osborne, Gilbert Osborne, Josh Tormaschy, Zach Tormaschy, Sarah Tormaschy, Emily (Haley) Tormaschy-Brockman, Katie (Matt) Perkeybile, Lexi Perkeybile, Nathan Smith, Rachel Smith, Christina Lyons, Alisha Watkins, Brandy Osborne, Kelli Tormaschy, Rosa Diaz-Perry, Tamera Osborne-Caudill and Larry Osborne; great grandchildren, Allye, Jarrett, Jaxson, Jasper, Braden, Ashton, Devin, Liam, Zakiah, Kanaan, Titan, Gage, Gaven, Elijah, Taylor, Oliver, Sebastian, Titus, Andreana, Serenity, Shae, Samera, Seth, Halie and Leah; great-great grandchildren, Kendalynn, Willow Jean, Lillian, Jayden, Jayliah, Nayeli, Audrey and Amelia; brother, Bill (Ruth) Kesling; sister, Della Wright; and best friend; Kelly Holcomb.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Bill Workman; daughter, Deborah Osborne-Spears; son, Bob Tormaschy; granddaughter, Marcia Tormaschy; sister, Kathy Miller.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Bill Palmer officiating. Burial will take place at South Mound Cemetery.
