Aaron Michael McDonald

Aaron Michael McDonald, 20, of New Castle passed away February 22, 2017. He was born April 11, 1996 in Indianapolis, the son of Jason McDonald and Lindsay (Patterson) York.

Aaron was very well liked by all who knew him. He had a great sense of humor and would help anyone in need. Aaron loved fishing, playing Call of Duty on Playstation, music but mostly his cat, Taco.

He is survived by his parents, Jason (Jennifer) McDonald of New Castle, Lindsay (John) York of Connersville; siblings, Alex, Adam and Madison York and Emma and Grace McDonald; grandparents, Butch and Denise McDonald, Connie and Randy Brown, Joyce Winchester all of New Castle, Bruce and Joanie Wilson of Carthage, Roger Patterson of Orlando, Florida; great grandparents, Bill Drake of Knightstown, Jeanette Winchester of New Castle; aunts and uncles, Chris (Meredith) McDonald of Knightstown, Rachel (Tom) Turpin of New Castle, Ashley (Josh) Douglas of New Castle, Casey (Laura) McDonald of Lewisville, Jamie Beatty of Knightstown, Erik and Patrick Wilson of Carthage; cousins, who he thought of as siblings, Reagan and Henry McDonald, Kaitlyn Turpin, and Ainsley Douglas.

He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Bonnie Drake; and a grandpa, Jesse Winchester.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2017 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28 at the funeral home with Pastor Michael McDonald officiating. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn Addition.
