Anna Funk, 84, of Losantville, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at Legacy Assisted Living at Morrison Woods in Muncie. She was born October 4, 1937 in White County, TN, a daughter of the late William Andrew and Lena (Goolsby) Usrey.
Anna was a beautician for over 12 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ and volunteered at Henry County Hospital. She enjoyed playing cards with a ladies group and in the 1970’s she and her husband became a partner in an Agri-Service Farm Implement business in Losantville.
Survivors include her children, Max Allen (Jil) Funk of Greeneville, TN, Debra Ann (Mitchell) Rose of Gold City, KY, and Daphne Susan (Larry) Dickey of Dunkirk, IN; four grandsons, Eric (Amanda) Funk, Alex Funk, Adam Bell, and Brad Funk; several great grandchildren; a brother, Randy (Sandy) Usrey of Chatsworth, GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Max D. Funk; a son, Mark Dorwin Funk; a brother, Bill Usrey; a sister, Edna (Charles) Bivens.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Michael Gors officiating. Burial will follow in Blountsville Cemetery.
