Anna Christine Goolsby

Anna Christine Goolsby, 77, of Blountsville passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at AMG Specialty Hospital/Ball Memorial in Muncie following a brief illness. She was born November 18, 1934 in White County, Tennessee to the late Carmen Earl and Louvina (Randolph) Clouse.

A homemaker, she had been a resident of Blountsville for the past 60 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Goolsby also enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling and looking after others.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years: Everett Goolsby; a son: Charles (Susie) Goolsby of Shelbyville; three daughters: Pam (Randy) Hall of Knightstown, Sarah (Denny) Dillon of St. Paul and Tina Goolsby-Leisure of New Castle; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and special friends.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor James McCowan officiating. Burial will follow in Blountsville Cemetery.
