Bobby Ray Morgan, 83, of New Castle passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 at Heritage House. He was born March 20, 1940 in Monticello, Kentucky to the late Estill and Hattie (Roysdon) Morgan.
Bob was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School then went on to attend Ball State University. He worked at the Chevrolet plant in Muncie for three years before getting into store management. He managed many stores over several states.
He is survived by his brother, Bill Morgan; a niece, Patricia “Patti” (Michael) Slover; and great nephews, Matthew and Andrew VanHoose.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Steven King Morgan.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. You may express condolences or share a memory of Bob at www.hinsey-brown.com .
