Brannon Lee Velie

Brannon Lee Velie, 46, of New Castle, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 3, 2024. He was born January 19, 1978 in Mobile, AL, a son of the late Larry Velie and Terry (Kemp).

Brannon graduated high school through the Job Corps, and was a welder by trade. He was an avid collector of baseball cards and memorabilia.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his twin daughters, whom he loved dearly, Kennedy and Kenzley Velie, of Sheridan; the mother of his twin daughters, Zoeanne Bilbrey of Sheridan; three brothers, Buddy (Shandi) Kemp of FL, Gregory “Gene” (Sunny) Velie of New Castle, and his twin brother, Brian (Tammy) Velie of Avon; aunts, Donna (Kenneth) Pierce of Cadiz, Louann Wright of Cadiz.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. A funeral ceremony conducted by Brannon’s family will follow at 6 p.m. with prayers. You may express condolences or share memories of Brannon at www.hinsey-brown.com .
