Brynlee Claire LaMar, 2 of Hagerstown went to be with Jesus Friday, April 30, 2010. She was born September 13, 2007 in Henry County.
She attended First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed her friends at New Testament Church in Hagerstown. She loved animals and enjoyed drawing. She also loved to sing and dance.
Survivors include her parents: Chris and Ruthie LaMar; sister: Brooklyn Laurenne LaMar; brother: Bryce Trenton LaMar; maternal grandparents: Bill and Tonya Sorrell of New Castle; paternal grandparents: Brad and Mary Ellen LaMar of Hagerstown; uncle: Nate (wife: Kristin) LaMar and their children: Elizabeth & Alexandra of Mt. Summit; two aunts: Mary Beth (husband: Herb) West and their children: Kelsey, Molly & Chloe of Springport; Sara Sorrell of Cambridge, England; maternal great grandmothers: Frances Baty of Springport; and Alma Pearl Sorrell of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents: Wayne and Ruth LaMar, William “Bill†L. and Naomi Burkman; and maternal great grandfathers Jesse Sorrell and William “Gene†Baty.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at First Church of the Nazarene with Reverends Danny Goddard and Jonathan Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to Birthright Association, assisting mothers and newborns, 303 South 6th Street, Richmond, IN 47374 with envelopes available at the funeral home.
