Charles C. Sullivan

Charles C. Sullivan, 76, of Knightstown passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 at Glen Oaks Health Campus in New Castle. He was born April 12, 1947 in New Castle the son of Aaron and Mary Alice (Manning) Sullivan.

Charles graduated from Knightstown High School in 1965 and Purdue University in 1970. He worked for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as an environmental scientist and retired in 2002. Charles had a strong faith, loved gardening, reading and visiting with friends on the phone. He was a member of the Knightstown Masonic Lodge and Greenfield York Rite Chapter 96.

He is survived by a cousin, Judy (Andy) Thompson; friends, Mark and Missy Gregory.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Sullivan in 2020.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Tommy Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 noon until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Quaker Haven Camp, 111 EMS D16C Lane, Syracuse, IN 46567.
