Craig Michael Glaser, 24, of Hagerstown died unexpectedly Friday, July 22, 2011. He was born October 15, 1986 in Muncie, Indiana the son of James and Joyce (Golliher) Glaser.
He was employed at Bricklayers Local 4 Indiana Kentucky and at Goldstein Dairies. He was a volunteer fireman for Losantville and Blountsville Fire Department. He was a 10 year member of the 4-H. He enjoyed 4 wheeling, fishing, welding, skating, showing pigs and spending time with his nieces & nephews. He was an avid Notre Dame fan. He was looking forward to his wedding on December 3, 2011.
Survivors include his parents James and Joyce (Golliher) Glaser of Losantville; his finance: Angela Favorite of Hagerstown; three children: Jaylon, Braydon, and Raylee Rose; brothers and sisters: Bradley Glaser (girlfriend: Joni Hall Butler) of Summitville, IN; Lori (husband: Greg) Jester of Mooreland; Lisa (husband: Kenny) Bickford of Parker City, IN, Ryan (wife: Lori)Glaser of New Castle; several close friends including: Nick Fisher of Middletown and Brett Skirvin of Losantville; and several nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Clarence and Hope Glaser; maternal grandparents: Carcie and Betty Golliher; a nephew: Kaleb Glaser Hoover and a niece: Kyndal Glaser.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Mt. Summit Christian Church with Reverend Mark O’Brien officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown. Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to a fund set up for his children.
