Daniel Lawson-Edward White, 30, of Indianapolis, formerly of New Castle, passed away October 4, 2012. He was born July 23, 1982 in Lapeer, MI, a son of David and Tracy (Williams) White.
He was a 2001 graduate of Blue River High School where he was in the marching band, and drum line corps. A 2003 graduate of Ivy Tech, he also was a 2006 graduate of Ball State University, where he was involved in Business Professionals of America, and graduated with a bachelors degree in Computer Science. He was presently employed at Sim2K in Indianapolis as a computer engineer. He attended church in Indianapolis.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Tracy White of New Castle; his father, David White of Indianapolis; his twin brother: Ethan Scott White of Anderson; his maternal grandmother, Winnie Sample of Seymour; paternal grandparents, Joseph White and Janice White, both of New Albany; aunts: Janey (husband, Donald) Hearne of North Vernon and Jackie Letcher of Crestwood, KY; uncles, Lawson Edward “Buck” Williams of Glenwood Springs, CO; cousins, Todd Hearne, Kerry Heilers, and Kirk Hearne, all of North Vernon, Ben Williams of Glenwood Springs, CO, and Kali Letcher of Crestwood, KY.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lawson Edward Williams, and a step-maternal grandfather, Donald Sample.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn Addition.
