David Weber

David Weber, age 68, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born December 31, 1943 in Shelbyville, Indiana.

Dave retired from Delco Remey in Anderson following 38 years of service. He loved sports and traveling especially to Florida. Dave was one hundred percent family. Dave’s family was the most important part of his life and over the last two years he especially enjoyed the time spent with his great grandchildren. He was a member of the First Assembly of God in New Castle.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Brenda Weber of Middletown; children, Mike (wife, Pam) Weber of Flora, IN, Scott Weber of Lee Summit, MS, Bethany Ford of Lenexa, KS, Susan Sanders of Anderson and Adam (wife, Kim) Stinson of Indianapolis; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Harold Weber, Patty (husband, Norman) Schuck, and Barbara Griffith all of Greenfield; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Bob, Lori and Goldie Dickey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Weber; brothers, Lloyd “Buddy” Weber and Doyle Weber.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2012 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Reverend Steven Galloway officiating. Burial will follow in Mooreland Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
