Deborah "Debbie" G. Hendricks

Deborah “Debbie” G. Hendricks, 72, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 21, 1952 in New Castle to the late Phyllis and Gene Selvy.

Debbie was the nicest and sweetest person you would ever meet. She never complained about anything. Debbie’s favorite thing was listening to music and eating big macs. She most of all loved being with her family.

Debbie was the daughter of Phyllis and Gene Selvy then later adopted by her late grandparents, Lucy and Joe Hendricks. She was cared for by her aunt JoAnne Lewis for the last 38 years and her cousins Elaine Wright and Susan Sanders.

Debbie is survived by her sister, Michelle (Jim) Harvey and several very close cousins.
