Diana E. Mowbray

Diana E. Mowbray, age 59, of Mooreland, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at her residence following a brief battle with cancer. She was born May 20, 1954 in Easton, Maryland to the late John and Julia (Whitby) Mason.

She was a very caring lady who would put others before herself and loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Turning Point Life Center.

Survivors include her husband, George W. Mowbray, Sr. of Mooreland, IN; children, George Mowbray, Jr. (Darla Dudley), of New Castle, Julie (Chris) Bell of Tallahassee, FL; six grandchildren; brother, Jerry Mason of MD; sisters, Mary and RuthAnn Mason all of MD; two nieces, Melanie (Rylan) Kleehammer and Mindy (Shaun) Bounds; nephew, David Mason; great nephew, Brayden Bounds; a puppy, Jett and three grand puppies.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the Turning Point Life Center with Pastor Matt Perdue officiating. Burial will follow in Mooreland Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Turning Point Life Center, 2263 Indiana Ave, New Castle, IN 47362 or with envelopes available at the church.
