Donald Neal

Donald Lee Neal, 50, of New Castle, formerly of Greensburg and Versailles, passed away unexpectedly at his residence Monday, October 25, 2010. He was born October 26, 1959 in New Castle the son of Olney Dean and Helen (Walker) Neal.

He was a 1978 graduate of Shenandoah High School. He had been employed at Hill-Rom Corporation in Batesville as a machinist. He was formerly employed at Modernfold Corporation in New Castle. He enjoyed cars, basketball, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, whom he married August 6, 1983: Peggy (Jenkins) Neal; two daughters: Merribeth Neal of Greenwood and Laura (husband: Joe) May of Versailles; four grandchildren: Nathan and Tyler Davis of Greenwood; Logan and Katie May of Versailles; siblings: Debbie (husband: Larry) Huntsman of New Castle; Dianne (husband: Stan) White of New Castle; Gary (wife: Barbara) Neal of Shirley; Denny (wife: Deana) Neal of New Castle; David (wife: Paula) Neal of Middletown; Darryl (wife: Tammy) Neal of Shirley; Robbie Neal of Indianapolis; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10:30 AM Friday, October 29, 2010 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4-8 PM Thursday, October 28, 2010. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald Lee Neal Memorial Fund c/o Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service 3406 S.
