Doretta Baugh

Doretta Baugh, age 87, of New Castle, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at Regency Place of Greenfield. She was born July 26, 1923 in Burnside, Kentucky to the late Jodi and Eunice (Harris) Nunn.

She retired from World Bestos division of Firestone Corporation in 1974 after 20 years of service. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church for over 50 years. She loved quilting, crocheting, knitting, sewing and attending church.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Jennifer, Danny and Robin, Jerry and Jean, Roger and Teresa, Mark and Christy; also a daughter-in-law, Jane Baugh; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Baugh in 1984; a son, Bruce and a grandson.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Steve McIntosh officiating.
