Freida Jean Miller

Freida Jean Miller, 92, of New Castle passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Henry Community Health. She was born on November 19, 1930 in New Castle to the late Eugene and Denzel (Haley) Rothrock.
She was a 1948 graduate of New Castle High School. Freida worked at Citizens State Bank after high school. She was a homemaker and ran the family farm. Freida enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, bird watching and watching Jeopardy. She was a member of the St. Anne Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the Indiana Archeological Society.
She is survived by her four sons, Gary Miller, Glen (Judy) Miller, David (Connie) Miller and Steve (Joy) Miller; grandchildren, Angie Miller, Jason Miller, Elizabeth (Dustin) Theobald, Brian (Shannon) Miller and Daniel Miller; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank B. Miller; daughter-in-law, Beverly Miller; brother, Harold (Dorothy) Rothrock
.
