Georgenia Cline, age 80, of New Castle, passed away Friday, November 06, 2009 at Glen Oaks Health Campus following and extended illness. She was born January 26, 1929 in Pennville, Indiana.
She was a member of Ladies Auxillary at VFW #1282. Georgenia was an avid homemaker and enjoyed cooking, cleaning, quilting and especially enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family.
Survivors include five children: Rickey D. Cline of Muncie, Jerry (wife: Sondra) Cline, Susan Cline, Lesa (husband: Rick) Tully all of New Castle and Dean (wife: Beth) Cline of Indianapolis; five grandchildren: Shane (wife: Alisa) Cline of Anderson, Amber (husband: Aaron) Fuller of New Castle, Amy (husband: Josh) Hardwick of New Castle, Jessica Cline of Fishers and Jennifer (husband: Justin) Leavell of Fortville; seven great grandchildren: Alyssa, Chandler, Allie, Alexis, Mason, Emily and Sophie; a brother: Lee (wife: Phyllis) Wilhelm of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Dave Cline in 1962; a son: Timothy Cline; parents: Flora and Allie Blake; a daughter-in-law: Misty Cline.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Fran Bullock and Jennifer Leavell officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2009 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to The Trilogy Foundation, Inc. with envelopes available at the funeral home.
