Glenda C. Flynn

Glenda C. Flynn, age 61, of New Castle, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 at The Waters of New Castle. She was born July 20, 1952 in Somerset, KY to the late Robert and Lena (Silvers) Flynn, Jr.

She was formerly employed at J.C. Penney and K-Mart both in New Castle. Glenda was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of New Castle. She loved collecting angels and dolls and was affectionately known as "Gee Gee" by all the children.

Survivors include two brothers, Allen (Kathy) Flynn and Jerry (Terry) Flynn both of New Castle; nieces and nephews; special friends, Ruth Moles and Mary Hanning.

Private graveside services will be held at South Mound Cemetery with Pastor Donnie Silvers officiating. There will be no public calling hours. Memorial contributions may be given to the Apostolic Pentecostal Church Children's Fund, 131 S. 26th Street, New Castle, IN 47362.
