Graydon Patrick

Graydon Ray Patrick, 71, of Knightstown went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Hancock Regional Hospital following an extended illness. He was born April 16, 1938 in Olive Hill, KY the son of Tivis and Dessie (Plank) Patrick.

Graydon was employed at Delco Remy and retired after 30 years of service. He enjoyed gardening, mowing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 50 years: Virgie L. (Logan) Patrick; four children: Gordon (wife: Paulette) Patrick of Greenfield; Jeff (wife: Teresa) Patrick of New Castle; Larry (wife: Susan) Patrick of Greentown; and Sharon (husband: Gary) Mohler of Greenfield; nine grandchildren; three brothers: Burgess (wife: Betty) Patrick; Norman (wife: Arlene) Patrick and Gary (wife: Ramona) Patrick.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter: Alicia Ann Patrick.

Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Randy Gross officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 PM Friday. Online condolences may be made at www.hinsey-brown.com .
