Jacqueline Ann Brown

Jacqueline Ann Brown, 88, of New Castle passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Stonebrooke Rehabilitation Center. She was born on September 21, 1936, to the late Merle and Thelma (Berga) Karcher.

Jacqueline grew up in Marietta, Ohio and later came to Indiana. She loved flowers and working in the yard. Jacqueline enjoyed shopping, she was known to always make a stop at dollar store to see if there was anything she needed. She enjoyed it when friends came to visit and traveling. Jacqueline always made sure she never forgot a birthday. She was very clean and organized in anything she was apart of. Jacqueline loved all the holidays and she made sure that she always decorated for all of them. She always loved her sweets. She was always known for being feisty and making sure everything was taken care of.

She is survived by her son William David Fink II, daughter Debra Doebereiner (David), daughter Gwendolyn Parker, daughter Megan Vanwey (Kristjan), stepson, Dan E. Brown, grandchildren, Melinda Smeeks, William Boswell, Ryan Beebe, Michele Beebe, Kayla Kemp, Kristen Trent, James, Nicholas, Cora Brown, 18 great grand children

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William David Fink Sr., 2nd husband James E. Brown and 8 siblings.

Graveside services will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Stonebrooke Rehabilitation and Henry Community Health Hospice.
