Jeanette Hooker, 76, of Greenfield, formerly of Knightstown passed away November 18, 2022 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis. She was born June 27, 1946 in Gosser Ridge, KY the daughter of George and Martha Wilson.
Jeanette owned ‘You’ve Got the Look’ salon in Knightstown for 7 years. She enjoyed traveling but most of all she loved being a grandma.
She is survived by her children, Michael Shane Hooker (Michelle Dahl) and Matthew Shannon Hooker; grandchildren, Marissa Hooker-Peck (Sam Peck), Danielle, Dylan and Dakota Lawson, Abel and Ezra Dahl; great grandchildren, Nash Peck, Alaina Richey, Brantley and Remy Nazzal; sister, Josephine (James) Wilson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Carlo Hooker; sisters, Juanita, Vickie and Sarah; brothers, Gene, Arva and Ned.
Services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Tony Darling officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery.
