Jeff D. Wolfe, 63, of New Castle passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was born on July 20, 1960 in Washington Court House, OH, a son of James Wolfe and Karol (McCune) Wolfe.
In 2013, Jeff retired after having major health issues from Design and Build Corporation. He also did mechanic and body work on vehicles on the side; this was his passion. He was a perfectionist and took pride in his work and always had a very strong work ethic. He has won first place awards at car shows for paint and body work on a friend’s “76” Mustang.
Jeff was known also for his charming, fun and loving sense of humor. He loved all animals, especially his beloved partner in crime dog, Thor. He would give you the shirt off his back yet expect nothing in return. He had a tremendously huge heart. He had an ol’ rockin-roll soul and spirit about him. He loved Def Leppard and all Mopars. Jeff will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother, Jeff is survived by his wife of 23 years, Tonya (Burge) Wolfe; children, Monica Morris, Heather Wolfe, Chad (Brandy) Wolfe, Justin (Ashley Renne) Wolfe; Devin Wolfe and Dylan Wolfe; eight grandchildren; sister, Kari (Mark) Wolfe Burge; brother, Mark (Kathy) Wolfe.
