Jeffery Patrick

Jeffery Patrick, 63, of New Castle passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024 at IU Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born November 1, 1961 in Rushville to Graydon and Virgie L. (Logan) Patrick.

Jeff was a 1981 graduate of Knightstown High School. He worked for many years with his uncle, Norman Patrick, selling furniture. He was a longtime member of Sunnyside Church of God in New Castle. Jeff was an avid fisherman, enjoyed classic cars at car shows but more than that, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Teresa Patrick; his mother, Virgie L. Patrick; children, Steven Gearhart, Amy Patrick, Joyce Patrick and Grace Patrick; grandchildren, Savannah Patrick, Alijah Griggs, Alexander Griggs, Shaniah Griggs, Madelyn Smith, Zayla Turner, Zoey Turner and Lucas Gearhart; siblings, Gordon (Paulette) Patrick, Larry (Susan) Patrick and Sharon (Gary) Mohler; sisters-in-law, Mary (Kevin) McDonald, Linda (Paul) Stevens, Susan (Donny) Decker; brother-in-law, Denzel (Sharon) Walton and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Alicia Patrick; father and mother-in-law, Denzel and Martha Walton; sister-in-law, Jane Jones; brothers-in-law, Tim and Tom Walton.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Jeff Green officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery.
