Jimmy Ray Clark, 67, of Monticello, Kentucky and formerly of New Castle passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at Veterans Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born October 14, 1944 in Muncie, Indiana the son of the late Ray Clark and Flonnie Marcum Clark Guffey who survives.
Jim retired from the management of Precision Wire in Hagerstown and served his country with honor in the Army during the Vietnam Era.
Survivors include his son: James (wife, Amy) Clark of Monticello, Kentucky; two grandchildren: James Carson and Amber Nicole Clark of Monticello, Kentucky; his mother: Flonnie M. Guffey of New Castle; two brothers: Richard (wife, Joyce) Guffey of Florida and Dudley (wife: Beverly) Guffey of New Castle; with many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Hickey & Son Funeral Home in Monticello, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Choate Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
