Joseph Paul Moore Jr., aged 77, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Ball
Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He was a beloved husband, father, grandparent, and
great-grandparent his departure is a profound loss for all who knew and loved him.

Joseph was born to the late Joseph Paul Moore Sr. and Eileen Magee (Moore) on May 17th,
1946. His early years were shaped by the love and guidance of his parents and step-father,
Ferris Magee. He grew up in a close-knit family, and the values instilled in him during his
upbringing became a cornerstone of his character.

Joseph was a devoted family man, and his greatest joys in life were spending time with his
loved ones and devoting his life to God. He was a loving husband to his wife of 55 years, Lisa,
and a caring father to their children Curtis & Merica.

Joseph's deep sense of responsibility extended to his work life, where he had a successful
career at Chrysler Automotive for 36 years. His meticulous attention to detail and strong work
ethic made him a respected professional in his field.

Despite the challenges life presented, Joseph faced them with unwavering determination and
resilience. He overcame many obstacles, demonstrating his courage and strength. He was also
deeply involved in his church, and often lending a helping hand to those in need.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Paul Moore Sr., his mother Eileen Magee
(Moore), step-father Ferris Magee, as well as son Joseph LeRoy. His memory and love for his
loved ones remained a constant presence in his heart.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa, whose unwavering love and companionship
enriched their shared spiritual journey. He is also survived by his two devoted children. His son
Curtis and wife Lindsay, as well as daughter Merica and her husband Jim. Joseph leaves behind
a cherished legacy through his five adored grandchildren: Jimmy, Hannah, Jackson, Joshua,
and Jameson. As well as his great- granddaughter, Everlee. These young souls brought
immeasurable joy and laughter into his life, creating timeless memories that will forever resonate
in their hearts.

Embraced by the love of his family, Joseph's memory will persist, as they carry forward the
sacred values and teachings he held in his heart, passing them down through the generations, a
testament to the enduring strength of faith and love.

A visitation service to celebrate Joseph's life will be held at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home on
November 7th, 2023, from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will also be held at
Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home on November 8th, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. with burial to follow at Glen Cove Cemetery. Joseph Paul Moore Jr.'s passing leaves a void in the lives of those who loved him, but the impact of his love and guidance will forever remain. His memory will be cherished, and his spirit celebrated for years to come
