Joyce E. Flynn, 84, of Sulphur Springs passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at her home. She was born January 26, 1939 in New Castle to the late Gerald and Flora (Osborne) Harvey.
Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Kevin Flynn of Illinois, Cindy Cupp of Illinois, and Kyle Flynn of Sulphur Springs; sister, Beverlee Craft of Mt. Summit. several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; a special nephew, Michael Craft of New Castle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Dewey Flynn, Jr.
There will be no public services at the request of Joyce. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Services. You may express condolences or share a memory of Joyce at www.hinsey-brown.com .
