Judy A. Miller

Judy A. Miller, 63, of New Castle passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 26, 2011 at her residence. She was born October 22, 1948 in Henry County, Indiana, a daughter of the late Elvin and Margaret Ann Kirkpatrick.

She retired from the Henry County Clerk’s office and had worked for several local attorneys and judges throughout her career. She was a member of the New Castle Eagles and Elks Lodge. She enjoyed reading, gardening, shopping, golfing and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter: Shelly Mills (significant other, Kevin Razor) of New Castle, a son: Jason (wife, Harmony) Miller of Noblesville; grandchildren: Whitnie White, Gabriel Poore, Brighten Adkins, Keifer Adkins, Gavin Miller, Blade Miller, Simon Miller and Faxson Brown; and one great grandson: Kizer Loyd-Adkins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother: Elvin “Kirk” Kirkpatrick.

Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
