Justin L. Bailey

Justin L. Bailey, 34, of New Castle passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born August 15, 1989 to Maria (Trevino) Perez-Frias and the late Richard Bailey.

 Justin dearly loved his family and friends. He was such a loving and caring person. Justin was a momma’s boy and stopped in often to visit and would call to chat when he couldn’t come in person. Justin was a great husband and father and adored his children. He was known for his laughs and jokes, treating everyday as if it were April Fools. Justin was a selfless man, caring more for the people around him than himself. He was a persistent fighter that never let anyone or anything get him down, he would always prevail. Justin put his faith in God every day.

 Justin is survived by his wife, whom he married October 7, 2021, Chelsea Bailey; children, Faith Bailey, Justin Bailey, Jr., Mariana Bailey and Paola Bailey; mother, Maria (Ricardo) Perez-Frias; siblings; Ashley (Francisco Raymundo Lopez) Bailey, Jose Dimas, Jr., Elvia (Santiago) Pucheta-Vequero, Jenny (Skyler Ballenger) Molina, Noelia Molina; grandmother, Hilda Trevino; father and mother-in-law, Michael “Scot” and Carrie Prater; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Justin is preceded in death by his father, Richard Bailey; grandfather, Antonio Trevino, Sr.

 Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. You may express condolences or share a memory of Justin at www.hinsey-brown.com.
