She graduated from Canadian High School in Canadian Oklahoma in 2003 and from Illinois Institute of Art with a BA degree in Graphic Design in 2007.
Survivors include her parents, Steven and Debby Weidert of New Castle; brothers, Jonathan (wife, Kathy Matthews) Weidert of Falls Church, VA and Chris (wife, Krista) Weidert of New Castle, IN; grandmother, Anabelle Weidert of Willowbrook, IL; grandfather, Donald (wife, Harriet) Gill of Canton, MI.
Memorials may be made to the Art Association of Henry County Summer Art Days Children’s Programming, Indiana Dyslexia Association in Indianapolis, Salvation Army Harbor Lights Program in Indianapolis or a charity of your choice with envelopes available at the funeral home.
