Kenith W. Graves, 54, of New Castle, passed way February 11, 2011 at his residence after a long battle with cancer. He was born May 23, 1956 in Cincinnati, OH the son of George and Lola Graves.
He was a loving father, brother, son and uncle. He attended Fairfield High School and Ivy Tech College in Muncie. He was employed by Norfolk and Southern Railroad and then self employed as an electrical heating and plumbing contractor. He also was a mechanic, rebuilt engines, and restored a 57 Chevy in his younger years.
Kenith enjoyed all sports but excelled at bowling. He received a 300 ring and several trophies. He was a member of the Henry County Bowling Association, Henry County Golf League. He also was past president of the Sons of the American Legion and past member of the Moose and Eagles.
He is survived by his mother: Lola Winchester; four children: Nick, Megan, Jason and Brandy; two sisters: Kathleen Brockman and Linda Winchester; three nephews, one niece, special friends: Ailene Dempsey and Terry Andrews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father: George B. Graves.
