Larry "Joe" Perry

Larry "Joe" Perry, age 59, of New Castle, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at his residence. He was born March 10, 1954 in Clearfield, Kentucky to the late Orville and Ruth (Stafford) Perry.
A loving papaw, husband, and father, he loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter. Joe attended First Assembly of God in New Castle and was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Laurie Perry of New Castle whom he married January 9, 1988; a son, Christopher Ezell of Shirley; a granddaughter, Jazmynn Ezell of Shirley; a sister, Pattie (Charlie) Blackburn of Cleveland, TN; two brothers, Junie (Janie) Perry of Rushsylvania, OH and Ronnie Perry of Ocala, FL; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers; a daughter-in-law, Jeri Ezell and a niece, Shannon.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 at First Assembly of God in New Castle with Reverend Stephen Gallaway officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion and VFW. Memorial contributions may be given to the First Assembly of God, 3600 S. Memorial Drive, New Castle, IN 47362.
