Mark Allen McDonnell

Mark Allen McDonnell, age 55 of New Castle, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born October 11, 1959 in Muncie, Indiana to the late James Joseph and Clara Sue (Reeves) McDonnell. A lifelong cattleman, he lived and farmed in Henry County his entire life. He had served on the Henry County Planning Commission. Mark was a member of the Henry County Beef Boosters and was very active with the Henry County 4-H for many years. He was a member of Springport Christian Church where he had served as a deacon. He loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. A devoted friend and mentor to many, he was always willing to lend a hand. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Joyce E. McDonnell; two sons, Donnie (Heather) Chandler of Pendleton, S.
