Matthew B. Judd

Matthew B. Judd, 34, of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Carthage, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014. He was born April 29, 1980 in Indianapolis the son of Walter B. Judd and Marsha J. Copass.

Matthew was a 1998 graduate of Knightstown High School and a veteran of the US Army, serving during the Iraq War stationed in Baghdad.

He is survived by his children: Aydan Judd and Taylor Judd; his mother: Marsha (husband: Richard) Copass of Carthage; his friend and companion: Jennifer Pieper; brother: Cory (wife: Kelly) Judd of Knightstown; sister: Heather (husband: Chuck) Stephens of Carthage; a half brother: Michael (wife: Debbie) Judd; nieces and nephews: Mackenzie, Ciera, Connor, and Cayla; aunt: Edna Deppe.

He was preceded in death by his father: Walter B. Judd; grandparents; aunt: Rita Sterret; uncle: Eddie Browning.

Services will be at 12:00 PM Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Tony Darling officiating. Friends may call from 9-12 prior to the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Carthage at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Matthew B.
