Mildred L. "Millie" White, age 72, of Knightstown, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born March 9, 1941 in Georgetown, Ohio to the late Victor and Agnes (Tamme) Loudon.
She retired from Chrysler Corporation following 10 years of service and had also worked in various other factories. Millie was an Avon lady in Knightstown for 30 years and a member of St. Rose Catholic church since 1966. She enjoyed traveling to Florida every winter and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Genea (Timothy) White Jones of Fountain Town, Jeff White of Kempton, and Shawna (Chris) Hunt of Greenfield; grandchildren, Courtney White of Kennard, Owen, Colby and Lily Hunt all of Greenfield; siblings, Anna Mary Miller, Marjorie Koewler and William Loudon all of OH; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Loudon.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at St. Rose Catholic Church with Father Jeremy Gries officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery.
