Nancy E. Lewis, age 41, of New Castle passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 28, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 19, 1970 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Charles Edward and Martha Lou (Collins) McCann.
She was a 1988 graduate of Blue River Valley High School and had attended ITT Technical Institute.
Survivors include three daughters, Ashley Renee Lewis, Danielle Marie Lewis, and Sasha Reanne Griggs all of New Castle; a sister, Julie (husband, Gary) Griggs of New Castle; three aunts, Bonita (husband, George) Guy and Helen (husband, Richard) Dickelman, Wanda (husband, David) Battas of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral
Service in New Castle with Reverend Bob Schon officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hinsey-brown.com .
