Nancy Reynolds

Nancy Lorraine Reynolds, age 67, of New Castle, entered eternal life, Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born March 9, 1942 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Fred and Helen (Todd) Fletcher.

She was a 1959 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. She was a loving and caring, wife, mother and grandmother. She was devoted to God and her family and was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years: Garth Reynolds of New Castle; seven children: Gregg Reynolds, Jeff (wife: Betty Reynolds, Sheila (husband: Brian) Rummel, Todd Reynolds, Aaron Reynolds, Joshua Reynolds all of New Castle, Leannette (husband: Doyle) Chandler of Hagerstown; fourteen grandchildren: Crystal, Matthew, Jeffrey, Alex, and Cassie Reynolds all of New Castle, Kelsey, Paige, and Payton Rummel all of Connersville, Trenton and Shaley Reynolds both of New Castle, Wyatt, Katelyn, Tyler, and Brandon Chandler all of Hagerstown; brother: Tom (wife: Donna) Fletcher of New Castle; sister: Virginia P. Fletcher of New Castle; special niece: Sandy (husband: Pete) Boles of Mt. Summit; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Patricia Lee and Marilea Taylor; a half brother: Sonny Fletcher.

Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Father Joe Rothenburger officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anne Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009 at the funeral home where a Rosary Service will also take place at 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Anne Catholic Church Building Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
