Pansy Sue Criswell

Pansy Sue Criswell, 69, of New Castle, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at the Heritage House of New Castle. She was born December 8, 1947 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Walter and Vera (Moses) Smith.

A homemaker, she enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Hilton of New Castle; four grandchildren, Sasha Criswell, Dustin Perdue, Brock Perdue, and Jason Stover; three great grandchildren; brother, Michael (Betty) Smith of New Castle; several nieces and nephews including Elizabeth Bratton of New Castle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Criswell; two daughters, Pamela Devinney and Tina New; two brothers, Jack and Gene Smith; grandson, Chris Sexton; sister, Diane Lee.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn Addition.
