Patricia "Patty" A. Goodwin

Patricia “Patty” A. Goodwin, 77, of New Castle passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024. She was born August 5, 1946 in New Castle to the late William and Helen (Hardacre) Fulton.

Patty was a 1964 graduate of New Castle High School and later retired from the New Castle State Developmental Center following more than 20 years of service. While there, she worked in the bookkeeping office. She was an avid reader, avid fan of the IU Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana Pacers, loved going to the casino and attending the horse races. More than anything, her family meant everything to her and she loved hosting family gatherings.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Bruce Goodwin; children, Joe (Angela) Nadaline and Brad Goodwin; grandchildren, Morgan and Alexa Nadaline; two brothers, Mike Fulton and Doug (Shelly) Fulton; sister-in-law, Teresa Fulton; special friends, Kenny Bell and Anna Goodwin and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Nadaline; brother, Joe Fulton; a sister-in-law, Donna Fulton and lifelong friend, Sylvia Dakins.
