Then she attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where she received her B.A.degree in biology in 1941.

Rodah had a special passion for flowers, was a national flower show judge and was a member of garden clubs in several communities.

A woman of deep faith, Rodah supported a number of missionary groups and churches, as well as participating in Christian Women’s Clubs wherever she lived. She helped to restore the windows in her home church, the Spiceland Friends Church, and she designed and donated a window for the Worship Place in Georgetown where she and Marshall were active in their later years.
