Rollin (Rocky) Edward Cline June 27, 1946 - March 3, 2024. Rocky, 77, a native of Delaware County passed away on March 3, 2024 in the comfort of his home with his children at his side.
Rocky, as he was affectionately known, had a fulfilling career at Chrysler Corp. He was a dedicated employee who left a lasting impact on those he worked with. Rocky had a passion for racing cars and breeding, raising and training horses. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and old western shows in his free time. His love for these hobbies brought him joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his children: Kelli Cline of Losantville, Kathi Cline (Larry) of Bumpass, VA, John Thomas “Tom” Cline of Columbus, OH, and Lonnie (Amy) Cline of Summerville, SC. Rocky also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Teresa Bell of Mooreland, sister Cindy Farmer of Winchester, brother Dave (Michelle) Cline of Mooreland, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Rocky Cline was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Cline.
The visitation to honor his life will be from 12-2 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Union Cemetery near Selma with Mark Herbkersman officiating. Rocky's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
