Ruby P Bise

Ruby P. Bise, age 86, of New Castle, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Alexandria Care Center in Anderson. She was born June 18, 1929 in Albany, Kentucky to the late Bradley V. and Mary C. (Neal) Perdue.

She was a homemaker most of her adult life and had been employed at the Henry County Home. She was a Foster Grandparent for several years. Ruby was a member of the Gospel Temple in Muncie.

Survivors include a son, Charles J. Bise, Jr. of New Castle; granddaughter, Heather Van Duyn of Anderson; grandson, Brian Ditton of Anderson; great grandchildren, Clifton, Lilly, and Jackson Van Duyn; sister, Beulah Jarvis of Albany, KY; several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, David Bise of New Castle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Bise; daughter, Mary Rose Ditton; brothers, George Perdue, Jimmy Perdue, Isaac Perdue and Thomas Perdue.; sisters, Georgia “Kathleen" Bise and Christine Pierce.

Services will be at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Paul Davis officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery.
