Ruth Mae Legg, 96, of Muncie, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, at Liberty Village Health Care in Muncie. She was born June 1, 1915 in Bradley, IL the daughter of William and Lulu (White) Baker.

Ruth graduated from High School in Aroma Park, IL. She was employed at Modernfold Industries in New Castle for 30 years.

She leaves to cherish her memory a son: Harold (Barbara) Legg of Muncie; daughter-in-law: Minnie Mae Legg of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren: Teresa Crist of Indianapolis, Steve (Beth) Legg of Phoenix, AZ, Michelle Legg of Madison, WI, Tony (Larissa) Legg, Heather (Rich) Halvorson; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Floyd Legg, daughter: Betty Legg, and son: William Legg.

Services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 AM prior to the service. You may express a condolence or share a memory of Ruth at www.hinsey-brown.com .
