Sarah Ellen Cole slipped away quietly to be with the Lord on September 6, 2011. She was born in Hillsboro, Indiana on December 22, 1939. She was the daughter of Harold and Edith Wise.
She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Cole of 56 years; her daughters, Theresa McDonley, Clarissa Williams, Cheryal Myers; her sons, Joseph Cole and Michael Cole; eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren.
Sarah Cole is known and respected in Ft. Myers, FL as an avid foster parent. She has helped and touched the lives of many children. She enjoyed her family and her friends. She will always be remembered in the hearts of those who love her.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Hinsey-Brown Service in New Castle. Family and friends will be received from 10 until 11:30 a.m. and Pastor Steve Dugger will give services at 11:30 with graveside services to follow.
