Stephen E. Agee

Stephen Agee, 55, of New Castle, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Henry County Community Health. Born on February 4, 1970, in New Castle, he was the son of the late James and Roberta (McDaniel) Ferguson.

Stephen was a 1987 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School and a devoted fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats and loved his music.

Stephen was a fighter in every sense of the word, facing life’s challenges with unwavering strength and determination. He never gave up and inspired those around him with his resilience and perseverance.

Stephen is survived by his siblings, Lesa Agee of New Castle, Brad (Amanda) Agee of New Castle and Misty (Wally) Copher of Salt Lick, KY; granddaughter, Payton Atkins of Hagerstown; 10 nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by his son, Jordan Raustin; niece, Jessica Copher.

Visitation will be held from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Services in New Castle. Burial will take place in Jones Cemetery in Midland, KY at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be given in Steven’s honor to the Brain Trauma Foundation at www.braintrauma.org.
